A world renowned manufacturer of filter housings and filter elements decided to install a new production clean room designed specifically for the assembly of its ultra premium membrane filter product line.  Realizing that ultrapure water was going to be needed to clean and rinse the finished filter elements the manufacturer sought the advice of a few specialty water treatment firms.

 

Filter & Water Technologies was chosen to design, fabricate, install and commission a unique ultrapure water system for the process. The system has proven to consistently deliver electronic grade water with a resistivity value of 18.2 megohms and total organic carbon (TOC) content of less than 5.0 ppb.
