Filter & Water Technologies, originally founded and based in New Jersey experienced a substantial growth in business during calendar year 2015.  As a result, company ownership was faced with the task of finding a larger facility to accommodate its new growth and to handle what was projected to be its immediate foreseeable growth as well. 

 

The company’s diversified business units within its corporate structure required a unique facility which would house the administrative and engineering offices as well as provide ample space for fabrication of its skid mounted and prepiped specialty water systems and enough warehouse space for storage of its service business expendable parts and supplies.

 

After searching for almost a year the company found its new home in Montgomeryville, Pennsylvania in a corporate industrial park with easy access to major transportation arteries.  The company began moving its operations from New Jersey to Pennsylvania in January of 2017 and completed it relocation in early April of 2017.

The newly renovated facility provides approximately 15,000 square feet of space with two dock height doors for receipt and shipment of equipment and materials along with a drive-in access with a 20-foot rollup door that permits the entrance of flatbed trailers for receipt of large pieces of equipment and shipment of large skid mounted water systems.

 

The company just celebrated its first year in its new facility and has enjoyed another year of significant growth. Additional engineering and fabrication personnel have been hired along with a new office manager. The photos above reveal a portion of the new fabrication space which permits the simultaneous assembly and building of multiple systems. These photos also demonstrate the continued work growth.
