Filter & Water Technologies, Inc. is the only authorized distributor of equipment and spare parts for Aquafine and Trojan Ultraviolet Light Systems in the Mid-Atlantic Region covering NJ, PA & DE. Genuine replacement parts are stocked at our Monmouth Junction, NJ warehouse.

We assist with the engineering, design, and sizing of Aquafine & Trojan Systems for stand-alone installations or we will incorporate UV technology as part of a multiple step process for the production of high purity water, which includes up to date USP purified standards. Some industries being serviced include:

  • Life Sciences
  • Microelectronics
  • Food & Beverage
  • Aquaculture
  • Recreational Water
  • Water

While the most common application of UV is in the disinfection of water, UV energy can also be harnessed for other applications such as:

  • Chlorine and Chloramine Destruction
  • TOC (Total Oxidizable Carbon) Reduction
  • Ozone Destruction

Aquafine has the largest installed base of application in the Life Sciences industry, meeting the demands of Pharmaceutical and Biotech high purity water applications. Filter & Water Technologies stocks a wide variety of spare parts for immediate delivery. These include lamps, quartz sleeves, o-rings, ballasts, sensors, and monitor systems.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover

Use only Aquafine Genuine Parts. Use of non-compliant parts on your Aquafine equipment voids all system certifications, warranties and validations. Equipment that is out of compliance can not only expose you to legal risk, but jeopardize the performance of your system.

Aquafine HX Series: Technologically advanced ultraviolet system for various applications involving disinfection. Efficient and cost effective, the Optima HX provides proven performance and technology in numerous applications such as Food & Beverage, Life Sciences and Microelectronics.

The series consists of 316L stainless steel treatment chamber and a stainless steel control panel in one integral unit for models with reactors up to 8” in diameter. Models HX 02BDSU and above have a standard UL TYPE - 1 painted carbon steel control cabinet.

With low-pressure high-output lamp (LPHO) technology, the HX lamp provides increased process performance and extended lamp life, while the systems compact size allows for a smaller footprint, maximizing installations flexibility. Single-ended (SE) HX lamps allow quick change-outs without tools. Select models are UL and CE listed.

  • Flowrates: 40-1400gpm @ 94% UVT, 45-2200gpm @99% UVT
  • Markets: Food & Beverage | Life Sciences | Microelectronics
  • Applications: Disinfection

For 60 years, the CSL models have been Aquafine’s premiere series for hospital and hotel installations worldwide, as well as Life Sciences and Microelectronics.

CSL models are designed for medium-flow for many markets and applications. The series continues to be a popular choice, allowing features to be customized to customer specifications and industry requirements.

The CSL series consists of 316L stainless steel treatment chamber and a 304 stainless steel control panel in one integral unit. Complete with standard Lamp Status Indicator, the compact size maximizes installation flexibility and preserves floor space. Single-ended (SE) lamps allow quick change-outs without tools. Upgrades for legacy models are available. CE rated for 240V only.

  • Flowrates: 40-520gpm @ 94% UVT, 50-630gpm @ 99% UVT
  • Markets: Food & Beverage | Life Sciences | Microelectronics
  • Applications: Disinfection | Ozone Destruction | TOC Reduction

Aquafine’s SCD and SCD H series provide, disinfection, TOC and chlorine destruction solutions, maximizing reduction efficiency in high volume, ultrapure, waste or reclaim applications for both indoor and outdoor installation flexibility.

Aquafine standard SCD systems provide disinfection for high volume water applications in beverage, life sciences, and microelectronics. Uses standard disinfection lamps with single end design.

Aquafine SCD H systems for TOC (total organic carbon) and chlorine destruction are designed to meet the stringent water system criteria for microelectronic facilities and life science applications, where cGMP and full acceptance by the FDA are mandatory.

  • SCD-H Flowrate: 60-170gpm @ 95% UVT, 70-200gpm @ 99% UVT
  • Markets: Food & Beverage | Life Sciences | Microelectronics
  • Applications: TOC Reduction | Chlorine Destruction

Aquafine SP & SL Series: The SP units are designed for low flow applications such as laboratory settings, medical facilities, and final process water disinfection. The SL series is ideal for continuous disinfection on small high purity loops up to 24 gpm. TOC reduction and Ozone destruct are available sizing options also.

As with all Aquafine products, the SL & SP units are available with sanitary triclamp fittings, intensity monitors, and high temperature shut off. The Aquafine SP & SL Series consists of a 316L stainless steel control panel in one integral unit. Excluding the SP models, all units come complete with a standard Running Time Meter.
